Description

5x2 7/8 inches, 3mm thickness, 5 inch handle, weight 1 lb. Handle is attached firmly, pan sits flat. Pan is known as a milk or butter warmer, volume is a quart or less. Used to melt chocolate, reheat coffee or tea, roast spices or nuts, serve dips and sauces, fry an egg, single pot pie, still finding uses for. Date according to address on stamp. According to Vintage French Copper, Field Guide to Jacquotot, this stamp was used in the early 1920's. He goes into detail about how the stamp was crunched to accommodate the new address.
