Description
Christian Wagner of Germany is known for copper cookware but also supplied commercial kitchens. The company went bankrupt in 1996. This stainless steel saucepan was made for commercial use and is very high quality. It’s very rare and I cannot find another example as having sold or for sale anywhere. It has a stainless disk bottom attached to aluminum which is welded to the base. The handle is welded on in a beautiful 4 bolt seamless construction. The logo with trademark is stamped on here. The rounded base with disk bottom has a very mid-century moser machine age sanitary feel to it. Bottom looks like Lagostina.
